Nvantis does not guarantee any commercial outcome. Advisory work may inform strategy, improve decision-making, and identify opportunities or risks, but it cannot guarantee results. Business outcomes depend on a wide range of factors outside Nvantis's knowledge or control, including market conditions, competitor behaviour, regulatory decisions, third-party conduct, and the client's own execution.

Nothing in any engagement, deliverable, communication or output from Nvantis should be read as a promise, guarantee or warranty that a particular result will be achieved.

4. Not Legal, Financial, Tax, Investment or Regulatory Advice

Nothing on this website, and nothing produced or communicated by Nvantis in the course of an engagement, constitutes or should be construed as:

Nvantis does not independently verify the accuracy, completeness or reliability of information supplied by clients or obtained from third-party sources.

The quality and accuracy of Nvantis's output is therefore dependent on the quality and accuracy of the information on which it is based. Nvantis accepts no responsibility for errors, omissions or inaccuracies in its work that arise from incomplete, inaccurate or misleading information provided by the client or available from third-party sources.

7. Approvals, Funding and Third-Party Decisions

Where an engagement involves preparing materials, strategies or recommendations intended to support a client's application for funding, regulatory approval, investment, partnership or any other third-party decision, Nvantis's role is limited to the preparation of those materials and the provision of advisory support.

All decisions regarding approvals, funding, investment and similar matters rest entirely with the relevant third party. Nvantis has no influence over, and accepts no responsibility for, the decisions of any third party, including investors, lenders, regulators, government bodies, or commercial counterparties.
